Ikat Lampshades

Today’s blog post could be summed up in  “Never understimate the power of an Ikat Lampshade”. In fact,  this colorful and cheerful  item can add a powerful statement to any interior. Below I’m showing you a selection of my favourites for every budget. I hope you like them as I much as I do!

Madeleine Castaing: leopard as a neutral

There’s no doubt that Madeleine Castaing is  among the decorating legends. Her iconic interiors are still an inspiration and a reference for many. She used animal print fearlessly and her leopard rugs became one of her best trademarks.

Es imposible hablar de la historia de la decoración sin mencionar a Madelaine Castaing; sus ya icónicos interiores siguen siendo a día de hoy un referente para muchos. Castaing usó sin miedo en animal print y sus alfombras de leopardo se conviertieron en una de sus mejores señas de identidad.
